Insider filings
Every Form 4 filed by a company insider, read every half hour. Public government records, read within the publisher's limits.
Baroq Data · read from the source
Insider filings, the weekly futures positions, the Fed's rates, the economic calendar and the numbers behind gold and the dollar. Read from the official records, scanned every half hour, and written up so you can read it in a minute.
Scanner 1 · insider filings (Form 4) · every 30 minutes
When a chief executive, a director or a big owner buys shares of their own company on the open market, they must file it with the US regulator within two business days. The scanner reads every new filing, keeps the real purchases and flags the ones that stand out.
In the last 7 days, insiders filed 3 open-market purchases of $100k or more in 3 companies, $29.7M in all. The largest: HEALY JAMES (Director) bought $20.4M of Rapport Therapeutics, Inc. (RAPP) on 2026-10-28. A filing says what an insider did, not what the share will do. Insiders buy for many reasons.
Written by the scanner from the filings below, by fixed rules.
| Day | Company | Insider | Bought | Why it is listed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2026-10-28 | Rapport Therapeutics, Inc. (RAPP) | HEALY JAMESDirector | $20.4M | $1M+ |
| 2026-10-28 | Corebridge Financial, Inc. (CRBG) | NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE CO10% owner | $8.7M | $1M+ |
| 2026-10-30 | Lycia Therapeutics, Inc. (LYCA) | Venrock Healthcare Capital Partners III, L.P.10% owner | $645k |

Scanner 3 · the Fed path · every 30 minutes
Prices on an exchange-listed prediction market, turned into the chance of each outcome. The Treasury-bill view of the same decision is on the rates page.
For the Fed decision on 2026-12-09, prediction-market prices put hike 25 as the most likely outcome. All outcomes: Cut 50+ 0% (-0 on the day); Cut 25 0% (-0 on the day); Hold 29% (+4 on the day); Hike 25 68% (-3 on the day); Hike 50+ 2% (-0 on the day).

Why from the record
Most data sites copy the same public filings from each other, add a delay and a paywall, and forget to say where the number came from. Baroq reads the official records themselves: the filings, the weekly futures report, the central bank's own rate.
Every number on this page says when it was read. If a record stops answering, the page says so instead of showing an old number as new.
How the scanners work
The same four steps for every record.
The scanner asks for what is new: the latest insider filings, the weekly futures report, the Fed odds. Within each publisher's own limits.
Only what matters stays: real open-market purchases, not share awards, option exercises or gifts. Positions, not noise.
Rules mark what stands out: several insiders at one company in a week, a chief executive or chair, a purchase over a million dollars, a holding that grew by a fifth or more.
A short summary in plain sentences from those facts. When Baroq AI writes it, it may only restate the facts, and an answer that reads like advice is thrown away.
What the scanners read
Nothing is scraped from another site. Where data needs a licence to show, it is not shown.

Questions
From official public records: the insider filings companies must make, the weekly futures report, central bank rates and government statistics. Every block says when it was read.
The form a company insider (an officer, a director or an owner of 10% or more) files with the US regulator within two business days of trading their own company's shares.
No. A filing says what someone did, not what a share will do. Insiders buy for many reasons, and many purchases are followed by falls. The scanner lists facts, nothing more.
The flags come from fixed rules, so the same filings always give the same list. When the site's AI is on, Baroq AI writes the short summary from those facts only, and any answer that reads like advice is thrown away.
Insider filings and Fed odds every 30 minutes, the COT report weekly, as it is published. Each block says when it was read.
