The waiting list and email updates

Who sends: Peak Pulse Marketing Ltd. Liability Company, c/o Northwest Registered Agent Service Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, operator of BaroqTech. Contact: baroq.technology@gmail.com.

What is stored: your email address, the date you signed up, whether you also asked for updates, and the date and wording of that consent. If you confirm by email, the time of confirmation.

Why: to email you when the desk opens (waiting list) and, only if you ticked the box, to send updates on the test record, the method and a desk preview.

Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Who handles it for us: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU) sends the emails and stores the list as our processor under a data processing agreement. Nobody else receives your address, and it is not sold.

Tracking: Our emails contain no open or click tracking.

How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Waiting-list addresses without updates consent are deleted 6 months after the desk opens.

Withdrawing consent: at any time, through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to baroq.technology@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect emails sent before it.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the EU country where you live.

What is stored

If you send a question or use the contact form: your email address, your message, the topic you chose and the time. Nothing else. There is no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookie for visitors.

Your IP address is held in memory for an hour, only to stop abuse of the forms, and is never written down.

If you are the owner and log in to the dashboard: one cookie that keeps you signed in. Nobody else gets a cookie.

What it is used for

A question: one answer.

Your rights

You can ask what is stored about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do that, use the contact form and choose "My data".
