This site stores as little as it can. Here is all of it.

Last updated 16 October 2026.

The email list and updates

Who is responsible: Peak Pulse Marketing Ltd. Liability Company, c/o Northwest Registered Agent Service Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, operator of BaroqTech. Contact: baroq.technology@gmail.com.

What is stored: your email address, the date you signed up, whether you also asked for updates, and the date and wording of the form you agreed to.

Why: to email you when a product goes on sale and, only if you ticked the box, to send updates on the test record, the method and the desk. You get one short confirmation right after you join.

Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Where it is kept: in the email-list file on the server that runs this site. Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU) sends the emails and stores the list as our processor under a data processing agreement. Nobody else receives your address, and it is not sold.

Tracking: Our emails contain no open or click tracking.

How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Addresses that joined before the desk went on sale and did not ask for updates are deleted 6 months after it went on sale.

Withdrawing consent: at any time, through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to baroq.technology@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect emails sent before it.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the EU country where you live.

The first-month code

If you ask for the code in the home page pop-up: your email address, the code, the date and the wording of the box you ticked are saved in this site's own database on its server, so the discount can be applied to your first month once, when the desk goes on sale. Your address also joins the email list above, with the same rights. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. It is kept until the desk has been on sale for 6 months, or until you ask us to delete it. It is never shown on the site.

Messages, visit counts and cookies

If you send a question or use the contact form: your email address, your message, the topic you chose and the time. Nothing else. There is no tracking and no advertising.

The site counts visits per day and page: which page, the name of the website a link came from (for example google.com), a campaign tag if the link had one, and whether the visit looked like a robot rather than a person. Sent forms are counted the same way, per page. It never records your IP address, your browser or anything else that could tell who you are, so the counts are not personal data.

When you send a form, your IP address is held only in the server's memory, to stop abuse of the forms: it counts for one hour and is never written to disk. The one exception is the owner's log-in page: each sign-in attempt there is written to the server's security log with its IP address.

Cookies: the site's owner gets one when signing in to the owner's dashboard, to stay signed in. Visitors get one counting cookie, bq_v, explained below, and one more if they follow an affiliate's link. The home page keeps two small notes in your own browser and never sends them to us: that you have seen its opening animation in this tab, and that the code pop-up was shown, so it does not appear again.

Heatmaps and counting different visitors

The public pages note where people click and how far down they scroll, so we can see which parts of a page are read. A click is kept only as a spot on the page, with the page and the screen type (phone, tablet or computer), never what you typed. To count different visitors, your browser gets one cookie, bq_v, holding only a random number, for 13 months; the server keeps a one-way code made from it, never with your IP address. Nothing goes to another company or is used for advertising. Clicks are deleted after 90 days, the code 25 months after your last visit. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

While a public page is open and in front, it tells the server every 30 seconds that it is still open, with a random number for that tab, so we can see how many people are on the site right now. The server keeps this only in its memory, for 75 seconds: the page, the screen type, the site your visit came from and the country your connection comes from (only the country, never a city or your address). Per day it keeps only totals: page views per hour, per country and per referring site.

To see where a page works and where people get stuck, the pages also count: mouse movements as spots (on computers), clicks repeated fast on one spot or that changed nothing, the name of the link or button clicked (for example the Subscribe button), how long each part of the page was on screen, which fields of a form were started and whether it was sent (never what you type), how long the page was in use, and which of our pages led to which. These are counts per page and day, never linked to you, and are deleted after 90 days.

A browser that sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control gets no cookie. To turn the counting off in your browser, open this link: the cookie then only says no, and nothing more is sent.

An affiliate's link (an address like baroqtech.com/r/CODE) leaves one cookie, named bq_ref, that holds only that affiliate's code, for up to 90 days, so that a subscription you start can be credited to the person who recommended us. It holds nothing about you. The click is counted once a day per visitor, using a one-way code made from your IP address and browser name with a secret that changes every day, so you cannot be recognised on another day; the address itself is not stored. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in paying our affiliates correctly, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can delete the cookie in your browser at any time.

If you apply to be an affiliate: your name, email, country, the channel and plan you describe and your PayPal or Wise email are kept to review your application and, if approved, to run your account and pay you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, our contract with you), and for as long as tax and accounting law requires after it ends. Affiliates never receive anything about the customers they bring, and customers never receive anything about them.

Subscribing and the licence key

If you subscribe: your email address, the plan, the price and any code you used, and the payment provider's references for your subscription and payments. Stripe or PayPal hold your card or PayPal details; we never see them. Legal basis: the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Our emails to you (the welcome email with your licence key) are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU) as our processor.

The licence key: when the software checks its key with this site, it sends the key, the MetaTrader account number it runs on and a one-way code made from the computer it runs on. We keep, for each of at most 3 accounts, the account number, that code, the IP address of the last check and the times of the checks, so that a subscription runs only on its buyer's accounts. Nothing about your trades or balance is sent. Legal basis: the contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Deleted 12 months after the subscription ends, or earlier if you ask.

The Baroq phone app

The app for iPhone and Android has no account of its own and collects no personal data, apart from the optional subscription link described below. It asks this site for public market data (prices, news, central-bank statements and meme coin data); those requests carry no name, email, account or device identifier and are handled like any other visit to this site. Your watchlist, followed wallets and price alerts are kept only in your phone's secure storage and are deleted when you remove the app. If you subscribe on this site, you can paste the private link to your subscription page into the app's My tools tab: it is kept only in your phone's secure storage, sent to this site only when you open your tools or when the tab shows your AI agents' demo results (the same key your link carries), and removed when you tap Forget my link or delete the app. The app has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it sells nothing. News links open the source's own website, which has its own privacy policy.

What a message is used for

To answer you by email, and nothing else. A person reads it; it is not sold, shared or passed to an AI. It is kept on the server that runs this site until you ask for it to be deleted. Legal basis: answering the request you sent, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in keeping the forms free of abuse, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your rights

For everything on this page, including messages, you can ask what is stored about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do that, use the contact form and choose "My data". It is done within 30 days, usually much sooner.
