Affiliate terms
The rules of the BaroqTech affiliate program, in plain words.

1. Who we are and what this is
The program is run by Peak Pulse Marketing Ltd. Liability Company, a Wyoming limited liability company ("BaroqTech", "we"). BaroqTech makes quantitative analytics software for traders, sold as a monthly subscription. As an affiliate you recommend that software and earn a commission on what your customers pay. You are an independent partner, not our employee, agent or representative, and you cannot make promises or sign anything on our behalf.
2. Joining
You must be 18 or older and able to make this agreement where you live. We review every application and may decline one without giving a reason. You get your own link, your own code and a private dashboard. Keep the dashboard link to yourself.
3. What you earn
You earn 40% of what each of your customers actually pays (after discounts, refunds and chargebacks, and without sales tax or payment fees charged on top) for BaroqTech subscriptions, for as long as each customer stays. The rate in your account on the day of a customer's first payment stays with that customer. Commissions are earned on paid subscriptions only: nothing is paid for clicks, sign-ups, free accounts or email-list joins.
Tiers. When more of your customers are paying, a higher rate applies to every payment made while you are in that tier: Pro 45% from 10 paying customers; Elite 50% from 25 paying customers. A customer counts as paying for 35 days after each of their payments. Your rate never goes below the one in your account.
Bonuses. You earn a one-off bonus the first time you reach 10 paying customers: $50; 25 paying customers: $150; 50 paying customers: $300; 100 paying customers: $750. A bonus is held like a commission and becomes ready to pay only if at least that many of your customers are still paying when the hold ends; otherwise it is cancelled, and it is not earned again. Each bonus is paid once.
A customer is yours when they subscribe within 90 days of clicking your link, unless they click another affiliate's link after yours (the last link clicked counts), or when they enter your code at checkout. Our records decide. Buying through your own link or code earns nothing.
4. Holding period and payment
Each commission is held for 30 days, the time a customer can ask for a refund. A refund or chargeback cancels the commission; if it was already paid, the amount is taken off your next payout. We pay by hand once a month, by PayPal or Wise to an account in your own name, when your total ready to pay (commissions and bonuses) is at least $25.00 or the same in another currency; smaller totals roll over. Each commission is counted in the currency your customer paid in (euros, pounds or US dollars) and bonuses in US dollars. We send what you are owed in the currency you chose (euros, US dollars, British pounds, Swiss francs, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars), converted by PayPal or Wise on the day we pay. Payment fees of your provider and any currency conversion are yours. You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may ask for a tax form (for example a W-9 or W-8BEN) before paying. We cannot pay where the law or our payment providers do not allow it.
5. How you may promote BaroqTech
- Disclose every time. Say clearly that your link is an affiliate link and that you earn a commission, right next to the link and before any "read more" fold, in words your audience understands. In the US this is required by the FTC's endorsement guides; similar rules apply in the UK, the EU and elsewhere.
- No profit or income claims. Do not promise, suggest or show profit, income, returns, win rates or "passive income", and do not place screenshots of trading gains next to your link.
- Describe it as software. BaroqTech is analytics software. Never call it a signal service, a managed account, a broker or investment advice.
- Be honest. Only say you use the software if you do. No fake reviews, no invented results, no pretending to be BaroqTech.
- No spam. No unsolicited messages or emails, no comment spam, no posting where the rules forbid promotion.
- No brand bidding or look-alikes. Do not bid on "BaroqTech", "BaroqTech" or misspellings in paid search, and do not use our name in your own domains, app names or account names.
- No tricks. No cookie stuffing, hidden links, pop-unders, bots or anything that records a referral without a real, informed click.
- No minors and the law. Do not aim at people under 18, and follow the laws and platform rules where you and your audience are.
Use the banners and wording in the promo kit or your own words within these rules. You may use our name and logo only to promote the software under this program.
6. Ending or pausing
You can leave at any time by telling us. We can pause or end your account at any time; if you broke these terms, commissions not yet paid are cancelled. Otherwise, commissions you earned before the end are paid under these terms.
7. Changes
We may change these terms or the commission for future customers. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before a change that affects you, and the new terms apply from then on. Commissions already earned are not reduced.
8. Data
We keep your application and account details to run the program and pay you. You never receive personal data about customers, and we never receive theirs from you. Clicks on your link are counted without identifying anyone: only an anonymous count is kept, and the link leaves a small cookie with your code for 90 days. See our privacy page.
9. Liability and law
The program is offered as it is. Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions owed to you in the last 12 months. You are responsible for what you publish and agree to cover claims caused by your breaking these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
